If I work out in the morning and do yoga at night would I loose weight faster?yes that sounds perfect. also get into a healthier diet along with that
fruits, veggies, meats, i'd stay away from as much carbs as you can.
also drink lots of water :]You don'y have to go through that stress before you can loose weight faster. there is an alternative to that. it is called GR2 control. it will help you faster than you could ever imaginedIf you do your exercise in the morning you will lose weight the fastest because it will set the tone for your metabolism. I would suggest committing to a strong ashtanga yoga practice, which will give you a firm body and a strong disciplined mind.

It's good to practice yoga directly after whatever your aerobic exercise is to help stretch the muscles afterward and massage out tightness.
