Can yoga change your life?You only need to do it how many times a week you feel comfortable, and if you want to take that big step with it it needs to be a life change and you can't just expect that because you do the exercises or meditate a few times that everything will be a clear change for you. People expect to much for such little effort. Meditation and that such just open your mind, it's up to you to do the rest.Yoga is one aspect. It promotes deep breathing and relaxation. Some practitioners also do some form of meditation at the end of a yoga practice. It is in meditation that can help you develop inner clarity.
