Can anyone give me tips on yoga?Just google it or go on ask.com

Also, you can buy yoga videos, that show you how to do the poses, and all that.
=]www.yogajournal.com is a great website for all kinds of yoga stuff. The website is based on their magazine (Yoga Journal) which is also a good source of information, tips, stories, etc.
If you have the Fit TV channel, they have a great show called Namaste Yoga on twice a day. I think it's usually at 1230 and 6. Or 12 and 630, I can't remember.
There are tons of great books out there, it really depends on what you're looking for. If you're really interested in a more fundamental, spiritual approach, try something by BKS Iyengar. A more contemporary take is American Yoga, which just features popular American yoga teachers each explaining a different pose in great detail and giving plenty of information.
If you want some cool tips on how to really get into certain poses and great stretches and other stuff like that, try Cool Yoga Tricks by Miriam Austin. I have that book and it's a lot of fun. It mainly focuses on the physical aspects of yoga but it has lots of helpful information.
As for yoga supplies, check out www.gaiam.com. They have everything.
Hope this helps! Good luck with your yoga!www.GreatDrills.com has some online videos for the YRG Workout which is yoga based and they added in some pilates movements.
