Is doing yoga two days a week and running once a week enough to stay fit and healthy?

Is doing yoga two days a week and running once a week enough to stay fit and healthy? It's a start, but you may want to kick it up a bit. That is more than most people do, keep it up. Sounds like you are doing a good job. That and eating healthy is very good for you.
Keep it up.I understand the limited on time thing :/ But you know it's suggested that you get 30 minutes of exercise a day, at least 5 times a week. So you may be ok, but I would suggest maybe do yoga three days an run 2, but if you can't do that then keep up what you're doing and you should be ok.Make sure you eat healthy too.
