Will this get me a bikini body in 4 months?damn., ur gna get sick of eating that every single day
but yeah sure that should work
:)I don't know if that much weight reduction possible...
Try increasing the cardio time to 30-35mins.. may be like 5 days a week..

All the best..This is what I would do:

Water, is your best friend. Drink nothing else(no sodas, alcohol, juice etc).

Diet: Low-fat Dairy, Lean Protein(Chicken/Fish), Fruits/Veggies Whole grains only

Exercise: 60 minutes of cardio a day(start w/30 and work your way up), Yoga is great, Strength training(to tighten it up, as you lose)

Breakfast(s): Low-fat cottage cheese and fruit. Cereal(Wheat-Chex) w/fruit and skim milk. Oatmeal(the real stuff-no sugary kinds). Egg-White Veggie Omelets(Any cooking should be w/olive oil)

Lunch: Chicken salad on Whole Grain Bread. Carrots or Apple. Salads(No ham), etc..

Dinner: Variations of Chicken and Fish dishes w/veggies.Personally I would avoid eating carbs at night (pasta, potato, etc.) Your body doesn't need the energy late at night, and it is more likely to be stored as fat. If anything, eat your carbs earlier in the day, and eat a small dinner.

Apart from that, your diet seems OK.

Regarding the exercise, crunches do not promote weight loss, but aerobic/cardio exercise does. If losing weight is your main aim, add more cardio. Crunches BUILD MUSCLE and can actually make your stomach look bigger.what is your current weight and Age... yah these people didn't take into account we don't know your current weight... its very dangerous to lose weight at certain weights... also its not weight you want to lose... perse... its BFP or body fat percentage.

looking at a scale can really mess you up... certain body types will always be large boned and somewhat heavy even with a low BFP and lean muscle.
