What is the best way to loose weight in your upper theigh and mid section?Stay away from sugar its the best way.Zumba is my favorite of them all!! I have toned up and lost a few pounds since I started six months ago.I think you should start eating less. I mean, eat tons of veggies and fruits but just cut the snacking between meals, eating junk food, and over eating. Stop eating after one place. Don't stop eating after you feel full. Also, try to jog a couple laps each day, because that burns quite a lot of calories. Yoga is way better, because it also calms mental thought and burns calories. Believe me, I have gone through what you've done.
