Have i done enough exercise today? And am i eating too much? PLEASE HELP!?The key is diet diet and exercise.

You need to eat 5-6 small meals a day. Eat some protein with each meal! Cut out all refined sugar!!! Also add more fiber. The fiber and protein will fill you up, helping you to cut down on your unhealthy eating. Also by eating more than 3 meals spread out through the day you will kick your metabolism in high gear. Here is a general meal for a day:

Breakfast: 2 poached eggs
whole wheat toast
1/2 cup fruit

Snack: Cottage Cheese with veggie

Lunch: Turkey, lettuce, tomato, whole wheat bread sandwich
1/2 cup fruit

Snack: Protein Shake

Dinner: Turkey Burger ( no bun )
Side of brown rice
Side of Broc.




Then exercise regularly 4-5 days a week. Do both cardio and lifting. But on days that you do both. Do lifting before your cardio and you will maximize your fat burn. Cardio can be a sport: basketball, soccer, football, anything with losts of movement. Golf is a no no.

So Example :

Monday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Tuesday - 1 hour lifting
Wednesday - Rest
Thrusday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Friday - 1 hour lifting
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio

Keep up the good work but don't beat yourself up about a few slip ups. Don't over do it either. These exercises three times a week would be sufficient.The fact that you sliped up with the tub of cheese means that something isnt working for you.
You are over-focusing on exercise when it only has to be done 3-4 times a week. You know accidental activity also is a contributor.
When it comes to food always ask yourself - is this the sort of plan I can keep up for the rest of my life? If not, how are you results going to last?
Focus on LIFTSTYLE change that makes you wake up every morning feeling happy and ready to sieze the day. If not, you are going to wake up every day thinking about food, feeling deprived and wasting your life obsessing.Be sensible on ur diet.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Nothing other than water in between.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min.regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free.

Be patient and not in a hurry.

U cannot choose spots for reduction.

This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight.No offence but you are being a bit stupid with the exercise. You are doing far more than you need to lose weight, and will end up gaining muscle weight, so I suggest you cut down and either do just the jogging and yoga or jogging and cycling each day. I do no more than 90 mins exercise a day and that is fine, as when I did more, I ended up bingeing....that is what happens, as working out might make you burn off calories but it can also make you incredibly hungry so you end up eating all those calories and more back.

And I think to panic about low fat cottage cheese is kind of stupid as well. It isn't like you had a tub of full fat ice cream or something. Seriously, grow up.
