Good yoga DVD's? Any suggestions?

Good yoga DVD's? Any suggestions?Rather than buying one you may not like, you can try free online classes at http://www.yogatoday.com/

If you want to buy one for a higher skill level, try Ashtanga yoga videos. You might like to check out Shiva Rea's "Yoga Shakti", a vinyasa style practice.

I got it a lttle while ago, have watched some of it, but haven't done a practice following along with it yet.
It's unique in that it allows you to 'program' it to link segments you choose, to somewhat create your own practice.

If interested in Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga style, either Melanie Fawer's dvd (think she has just one), or David Swenson's "Ashtanga Yoga: The Practice, First Series" are high quality instuction.

And if you desire to get deeper into aspects such as pranayama and meditation thru your yoga practice, I highly recommend Dharma Mittra's "Maha Sadhana, level 1."

Namaste,
A.
