does yoga make you live longer?I can see how one would argue that it does, but I personally thing its greatest benefit is that it provides a better quality of life while you're alive. It helps you deal with stress. It helps keep you centered. It keeps you limber and flexible. It helps make you physically and mentally strong...Well, It's a sport. You stretch your body up and while you're doing that you think about good things. And thinking about good things make you happy. That's why you can live longer because happy people live longer. True story.Okay. While living longer is a question of destiny and fate, I can say that yoga can help live healthier and stronger mentally and physically. So, the real question is not does yoga make you live longer? It's How can I live healthier and happier with yoga?
