Part of good Yoga discipline is mastering the ancient science of Ayurveda. Caraka Samhita says that daily tongue brushing isn't an option but a necessity. I have been usung a TUNG brush for years now. Although i don't care much for the company's revamped image the Tongue brush is a quality product that eliminates bacteria that grows on the tongue.
