It is a free site that has detailed descriptions of how to do all of the poses safely as well as recommended sequences and free videos. Rather than just doing one it may be better to do a combination. Yoga and pilates will tone and build flexibility, while more high energy workouts like taebo will help you to loose weight. The best program is the one you enjoy most, if you don't love it you will just quit.they're all different, yoga will help you to get flexible, better balance, and tone. Pilates will tone you up and strengthen, while taebo will be faster pace and more fat/calorie burning, all are very good!! :) have fun1) Imo, of these three, generally Tae Bo will be most effective for weight loss.
