What should a guy wear for heat or power yoga (like Bikram)?AreopastleI doubt this will help you, but recently me and my friends went to a Salsa class at the university we work at, simply because we were bored and the comic store was closed. I didn't exactly enjoy it. All the woman were older staff at the university, so were the only "young" guys there. Also I wore my normal clothes. So I guess if your doing yoga, wear "stretchy" pants like spandex.
