Drink water too.I do all of these at home. 1. Cardio- Run in place For 5 minutes, Fast jumping Jack For 3 minutes, And Extreme Air Boxing For two minutes. 2. I do 100 pushups(i do 20 and then rest for 30 seconds). Hope i helpedUr gonna lose some weight and gain some muscles . Try rotating your routines weekly or daily as well good luckEat whatever but have lots of dairy and meats.
Get some weights and just start lifting, run a mile around the neighborhood. It's pretty simple really.
At first you will lose some weight, but then you will gain muscle.
