Although, in my opinion, you should be eating more, diet or not your body still needs enough nutrients to function properly and two biscuits for dinner is not enough, you need more protein!!!eggs are great source of protein but try to not have it everyday because it can increase your cholosteral .... for salad try to have i serving of fruit and i protein which can be egg
for launch fish is great but you need only 1 protein.
for dinner skip the weetbix and you will loose 25lb-30lbs in 10 weeksYes, that's okay! Eggs are packed full of nutrients that you might be losing by cutting back on other foods. They're rich in protein especially, which has been proven to aid weight loss, particularly combined with exercise.
The thing you need to be careful of is binging. If this diet is significantly different from your previous eating habits, then it's likely that you'll end up binging on sugary or greasy foods. Do everything in moderation and you'll be just fine. :)
EDIT: Oh, I almost forgot to mention. Eggs don't actually affect a person with normal cholesterol levels. Your cholesterol levels will remain the same even if you have an egg every day.One egg per day is fine. Better if you have one slice of bread instead of two. Whole grain is better than whole wheat.
I agree that you need more protein. And perhaps a little larger lunch and save the salad for dinner instead of the weetabix biscuits.
Maybe throw in a couple of snacks...a half dozen almonds, a piece of fruit, or a small cup of yogurt.It depends. Some people can consume the whole egg (yolk and all) without problem, but there are people whose body are sensitive to high amounts of fats and cholesterol. You do have cholesterol - else you would be a vegetable. All animal life on planet earth have cholersterol - that is in fact one way to determine whether a life form is a plant or animal.
Your diet looks good, except you are not getting enough fresh fruits.
What you need to do is to skip the crunches and do some aerobic type exercises - walking, jogging, using an exercycle or elliptical, even dancing is a form of aerobics. This will help you more than any crunches or situps. Do the exercises 4-5 times a week for at least 20 minutes.
Yogo is good, and it will help tone the muscles and give you flexibility, so keep that.
