Where can I learn tai chi and yoga online?youtube.I cannot tell you how to learn, but I will say this, you cannot effectively learn any of these arts without a qualified instructor. At the very least you need a knowledgeable teacher to show you how to do these exercises safely and constructively. Please search out a proper school with a verifiable lineage and train intelligently.
