Also check your poses. Don't push into the dog so much, go more down and less out.Are you doing power yoga? I don't sweat as much with hatha yoga. Try bringing a small towel with you. That helps me. All the yoga mats are made of pretty much the same mat'l so I don't think changing yoga mats will help much. Hope it helps.I do martial arts, and I work up a really good sweat, sometimes I've actually slipped on my mats. Rubber mats and vinyl ones are notorious for that. Those mats are good for like sparring. I've heard of these yoga sticky mats before. The material is weird. I've supplied a link below. Also...my friend is right next to me and he rock climbs...he's telling me you could use something called an Eco ball. Link is below the stick mat. Looks like you use it to absorb the sweat. And its got stuff in it to stop sweating. Non toxic...looks like it might work. You could give it a squeeze when ever you rest during yoga.
