Shoulderstand using a Yoga Strap
Shoulderstand or Salamba Sarvangasana in Sanskrit is considered the "Queen of all poses". It's an inverted pose turning the body upside down. Your heart, throat - the center of communication and brain are all on the same level. As with all poses use patience, kindness towards yourself and presence of mind when coming into a pose. This pose is for those with a healthy neck. Please come out if you feel any discomfort in the neck. The Full Shoulderstand pose is shown. There are variations using a wall if this proves too challenging but not shown in this clip.
