Can ganja yoga treat depression better then conventional yoga?Ever heard the phrase 'you can't have your cake and eat it?'
The benefits that you will reap from doing yoga on a regular basis far outweighs any benefit that you will gain from including the 'consumption' of ganja.
The 'energy' that you were experiencing was nothing more than a mild hallucinogenic experience,brought on by the 'flow' of dopamine from the ganja with a mix of adrenaline from stretching the muscles in the exercise.
As for a more effective method for the treatment of depression....basically no....over time the use of the ganja will only de pleat your desire to continue the real beneficial element which is the yoga.
Don't get me wrong,you go live your life as you see fit but there are people out here that have tried it and know that it's just another way of justifying a crap habit..That's a very interesting idea. I think it can be more helpful that conventional yoga.

Oh and by the way, you can't blame weed for losing your job or being unhealthy. Weed doesn't make you unhealthy or lose your job. You do. I work out while I'm high. It's quite enjoyable actually.Yoga will only help you so much, even when aided by ganja. You need a healthy diet with the proper nutrients (lots of vitamin D), an active lifestyle with plenty of excercise, and a spiritual or ideaological standard to set for yourself. Often people turn to drugs for depression treatment when all they really need is a few changes in their lifestyle and perception.
