As you might have guessed from the title, Yoga Max provides a more invigorating Yoga workout that builds heat and power in the muscles, therefore encouraging a graceful and elongated cardio, strength, and flexibility challenge. Exercise DVD suggestions? (please read my details!)?carmen electra's fit to strip is great for beginners and requires no equipment.
the hollywood trainer with jeannette jenkins is also great and has modifications--but it requires dumbells and possibly a leg weight.
bellydance slim down is a great cardio workout--not very hard and no equipment.

Each of these are what i used when begining to workout and i have traveled with the bellydance and fit to strip. All are about 30 min or less.
