Yoga and Meditation....are you in the flow?I have a video I use that has basic warm up that I use for everyday sessions. It gives me strength for the day.Basically, I just breathe all the time...Practicing meditation is one of my most favorite things to do. Until recently, though, I didn't know that I was going about it all wrong. I was trying to "empty" my mind...trying to bring about stillness. Of course the act of attempting this was in itself disturbing my "stillness". One must simply allow the calmness to happen as opposed to trying to force it. A very good book on this is called "Zen Mind Beginner's Mind", I can't think of the author's name, but it is very enlightening..lol.This site below has info about meditation and yoga (with book available on yoga). Plus it has info from martial arts, top psychologists in country (incl. Dr Happiness), religion and a unique perspective from someone who has made this his life's work. It has the secret of life!
