will doing this help me loose weight?

will doing this help me loose weight?yeah, as long as you keep it up over a long period of time, you definately will start to see results, it sounds pretty balanced to me, seems like your getting your excercise and your meals seem well balanced too :)Just wanna say some points. Firstly, do NOT sit, lie down or skip right after meals. It's not good for your stomach and digestion process. It should be a slow walking. And, I haven't seen any green like salad or so.I'd say the best thing you'd want to do is just track your calories. If you have an ipod touch or iphone, get the calorie tracker "MyFitnessPal" It's what I use and it also tells you the amount of vitamins, protien, carbs, etc. that you need to take within a day.

Also, I don't think you'll be eating rice and chicken every day for dinner so just find healthy foods. Always get a workout in too, because you need to be able to be flexible and agile in your life if you also want to live long. ^^ Goodluck.Sound's pretty good! Your diet isnt very balanced though and lacks essential nutrients/ foodgroups needed in every healthy, balanced diet/ regime.

Yoga Clothing, Mats And More: What You Need To Get Started

Article by Chris Harmen

Unlike many other sports or fitness activities, this is one case where less is more. Yoga clothing can serve double and triple duty as lounge wear, work apparel, and can even help bodies of all sizes and shapes look their very best for a night out on the town. Getting started with yoga requires nothing more than time, dedication, and a skilled teacher. Clothing should allow free movement and provide comfortable protection and support. Ideally, the fabrics will wick away moisture and breathe naturally.

Today's high tech fibers have gone a long way to create materials that stretch while holding their shape. Soft draping, smooth lines, and a wide variety of colors make these wardrobe additions highly adaptable, both in and out of class. There are no real tools or equipment needed besides a yoga mat, which will provide a layer of padding and protect you from any dirt or grime that may have accumulated between floor cleanings. Inexpensive and highly useful, these products will serve many functions for years to come.

Yoga Clothing

Traditional workout apparel has evolved into fashionable styles that easily transform from use on the mat to a night out for dinner or dancing. No longer limited to sweat pants and sweat shirts or shorts and T-shirts. Practitioners and non-practitioners alike can revel in the fluid grace that comes with wearing clothing designed with freedom of movement and an elegant appearance in mind. Today's fashions offer a variety of styles, such as capri pants, shorts, and leggings that come with your choice of slim, basic, and relaxed fit pants in high, mid, and low-waist styles. Form-fitting tops provide attractive and comfortable support, and loosely draping tunics work together to create a fashion statement that demands to be heard and admired.

Yoga Mats

The best mats are made from natural, non-Amazonian tree rubber. This renewable resource provides durable comfort and protection as you stretch, bend, and reconnect with the inner, beautiful you. Without the constraints of uncomfortable clothing, harried schedules, or chaotic demands on your time, you soon find that your inner charm and grace begin to seep into every aspect of your life. The poses, postures, stretches, and breathing exercises serve to remind you of the self you were born to be.

Accessories

Beyond apparel and mats, most people find it helpful and convenient to have a bag or carrier for their yoga mat, a towel, some extra clothing, shower supplies, and other toiletries. For those times when a break is really needed from the day's stresses and demands, something as simple as a lavender and rice eye pillow can wick away the tension that collects around the eyes and across the forehead that seems to work its way down into shoulders and back muscles, adding to the stress.

Pamper yourself with yoga clothing designed to showcase your comfort and beauty. You are sure to look and feel better than ever, every day of the year.
