Second, you CAN work your abs every day, and honestly, you should. The ab muscles are very resiliant and made up slightly different than the others in the body. They can be worked hard. However, if ANY muscle is really sore from a workout, you should not work it. Give it a day to heal, rebuild, and then pick up again.
So, here's what I would do...
Monday - Treadmill - 15-20 min
Tuesday- Pilates - Intermediate
Weds. - Treadmill or Gazelle
Thurs - Break
Friday - Body ball (incorporate your free weights if you can)
Sat - Treadmill or gazelle
Sunday - Yoga
