Does Yoga really help with weight loss and can I do it at home since there are no Yoga classes where I live?this site will help you a lot.. Good Luck.

http://www.yoga.com/get a good dvd and mat and you can do it at home. pilates and yoga are good for keeping you supple and your body taut. i do yoga because i can't do really harsh exercise as it puts too much pressure on my joints and i have arthritis.
