Please is this a good diet eating these foods? How much do you think I will lose?theres an awful lot of carbs there... simple carbs too. you should think about this some more.who the hell told you that that's a lot to weighyou are a 120lbs, you are not fat, plain excercise shopuld do the trick and sugar free foods. low carbs, high protein(protein helps to speed up your metablism to burn fat) if yo want, you can also try B1 vitamin with thaime in it.First of all, 120 pounds is NOT a lot.
You should be eating whole grains, they have more fiber and will keep you full longer. If you exercise 7 days a week, you should eat 1.200 cals a day, cause you'll burn a lot of calories anyway. Drink fat free milk instead of low fat. Don't fry anything!!! Don't eat fast food. Eat beans, they will keep you full.there is no quick fix solution to weight loss. these are some things that are good, but your body needs a variety. otherwise, you get bored and may start binging. follow these guidlelines:
1. read the food labels-see especially fat, dietary fiber and calories. also look at first five ingredients. fiber, btw, are carbs the body does not absorb.
2. eat in moderation. you can pretty much anything you want, but check serving sizes. if you are on a 1200 calorie diet and a package says the serving size of something has 800 calories, eat half of the serving size. or save it for a day you choose to indulge.
3. indulge once in a while-that's not to say have a bag of kit kats, but indulging from time to time will prevent binging, which is because you are bored, feeling deprived and/or feeling depressed during times you plateau
4. exercise exercise exercise
5. multivitamins are your friends-take one every day. so is water-at least 6-8oz. glasses.
6. focus on one vice at a time. don't try weight loss AND something else. trying to stop several things at once is very difficult, get one down at a time and once you are into a good habit, it will be easier to focus on another without losing control of the first one.
7. do not feel you have failed because you plateau (a time when weight loss has stagnated) or pig out one day-just keep thinking positive. weight loss is like anything else-just keep working on it
just for the record-120 pounds is in the acceptable weight for a person your height. i would be very careful about how you are looking at yourself.
