Is this a balanced diet for loosing some weight?I think your overdoing the time gap between lunch and dinner, you could throw in a snack at say 4pm. But make sure to eat healthy like a fruit and some nuts. Another suggestion is to replace the rice with brown rice that adds less calories and is extremely good for health.
Yoga is very helpful and walking for 30mins is a good idea.
You should be able to loose lots of weight in a months time!
Good luck and do believe in yourself.No, you are really lacking in a few areas, try eating 6 times a day; it will help with the cravings.

Breakfast: oatmeal, 1 whole egg, 2 whites; slice of american cheese, piece of fruit
snack: peanut butter sandwich
lunch: sounds good, maybe a small salad also?
snack: small turkey sandwich; fat free yogurt
dinner: No rice! chicken; veggies; beans
before bed: 1% cottage cheese and almonds, no late night carbs!!
