Is this a good exercise routine? I need some advice.?i think its a bit full on to start with. I reckon you could be doing all the with a couple of months training. if you start with weightlifting one day, wobble machine the next, excercise bike the next, and just do one thing each day until you feel you have done a decent workout. if you carry on going like that you will just tear all your muscles and ache. about 45 mins to an hours worth of excercise every day for a month and see how it goes from there. dont push yourself too much.This website has some very good quality workouts for women that are written by some top experts in the fields of fitness. A lot of fitness models and such write for it, check it out! http://fitnessandbeautyworld.com/My advice is long as your diet is healthy adding in the workouts should be plenty. But you really only need one workout in a day and for 30-60 minutes. Having a variety of activities will help so you can alternate them so your body doesn't get too use to the one activity or boredom. For example weight lift on Mon, Wed, Fri and on Tues Thurs do cardio. You can throw some in on weekends as well. When your lifting your muscles need time to repair themselves and rebuild to be bigger so its not necessary to do daily. If you want you can do cardio on the days you lift but it needs to be a separate workout several hours apart. Hope that helps :)
