Can anyone recomend a good Yoga DVD?I totally suggest Kundalini Yoga with Ana Brett and Ravi Singh! Especially their DVD for "beginners and beyond". They're just wonderful, and I feel amazing when I'm finished with one of their DVDs.
I also suggest their Navel Power DVD, which is my personal favorite.
