or start with an easier yoga group.Whether you pay for this class or not, you shouldn't start with the experienced yoga classes. I know this class is for athletes, but the poses might be a stretch for you while you're recovering.
When you have free time at home, go to YouTube and search for beginning yoga poses and start doing those in the privacy of your own home to introduce your body to the stretching yoga requires. Being that limber requires work, and it takes awhile to stretch the tendons.
Either way, yoga is a great idea :) Just don't rush yourself!
