Which size yoga ball and what good exercises?the size depends on your height the larger is 5'6 and above, the smaller is 5'5 and bellow. With the ball you can buy dvd's that train you on the exercise...at Target, it'll come all packaged together with a band too.I have all sizes... A round one, an oblong one, and the new little one for crunches.
I am a lot bigger than you so don't worry qbout popping them.
they are so durable two people can sit on them... lol
