Gomukhasana Arms Using a Yoga Strap
Cowface pose or Gomukhasana opens up the shoulders and the hips. In this clip we explore using a yoga strap in the upper body portion of the pose. This is a great stretch if you sit at a desk all day. This pose is not recommended for those with neck or shoulder injuries. Demonstrated by Jennifer Coan. Jennifer has been practicing yoga since 1995 and teaching since the 2000. Using props in your yoga practice can keep you more mindful and present in your poses.
