My hands and feet slip around during Yoga class; my mat is new and the super sticky kind. What can I do?This happened to me too. Run your mat through the washing machine on cold a couple of times, then airdry. This will help. The more you use your mat the stickier it will get.are your hands or feet sweaty at all? (ecspecially a problem in hatha or hot yoga) Having sweaty feet myself I use antiperspirant (a roll on -BAN) on the soles of my feeti did you need to balance yourself better.
