Should you dress in yoga clothes for your first day at a college yoga class?I mean, don't go too hardcore, but at least put some yoga pants on.Yes, why not? If it's yoga class wear your yoga gear! Pretty simplewell yes..if u going to yoga class u should b in yoga dress. dere is nth to feel akward in itImpress your yoga teacher=good grades.yes, you should dress in yoga clothes (if you have them). Even if you don't do any actual yoga the first day at least you will be prepared. And folks where yoga clothes around anyway so it's fine...just have a sweatshirt or something over top
