Thanks for getting back. I'm clearer now about what you're dealing with. Everyone incarnates with work to do and with something called a "chief feature". Yours sounds like it's impatience. If you give your birth date and time, I can let you know more about what your astrological picture looks like and how it (and you) operate and manifest in the world. Nothing is ever "wrong" or "fatally flawed" on this Earth. You're here for multiple reasons, all of them good from my perspective, and it truly all is about the learning. It sounds like you were given this really intense, fiery, passionate personality in order to learn how to master it and how to use it to its fullest for the good of not just yourself, but for all humanity, so the questions then are not "What the hell is wrong with me," but how can I channel and change this really intense, powerful energy in to something positive, and kind, powerful and beneficial for not just yourself (again) but for all of human- ( and animal and plant) kind. Yes. Go after all the healing modalities you possibly can to effect the changes you're looking for: Yoga, Tai Chi, Dance, reading, movement, swimming (there's nothing like jumping in a lake to cool that mind and cool that body!). People with your personality type are often easily frustrated, extremely sensitive, REQUIRE great freedom, NEED to be able to get up and move anytime they want, need or like, and so do not do well in settings that require them to be under control at all times or to sit in a chair behind a desk. Sometimes it is hard for them to find and to keep jobs and relationships. Sometimes they carry immense guilt and immense pain about their past behaviour and lives. They can find it hard to be around other people, and so can be incredibly isolated, incredibly fearful (underneath all that heat and rage and fire) and in deep despair that they will ever be able to find someone or something that can help them transmute all that fire into something powerful and beautiful. Physical movement is key for you, and that is an incredible gift, to be moving centered, because many of the eggheads that run this planet forget that we live in physical bodies that need to move to integrate learning, and facts, and figures and ideas. We are not just heads, we are hearts and hands and bodies as well, and it's getting increasingly more difficult for those who are movement centered to survive and to thrive on this earth. Never lose sight of the fact that the Gods and the Goddesses don't make junk, and they don't make mistakes, either. You are here for many, many reasons, all of them good as long as you remain in the light and keep going forward. I hear and see a deep wisdom in you in regard to those things you are attracted to to heal and to learn and to make balance in yourself. Follow those. You are exactly where you should be, and exactly on the right path. Look into Contact Improvisation as well. It'll help you heal your relationships with women, and with animals. You are already started on your path, because you know and are willing to admit there's a problem (or several). It actually isn't important which path you follow first, as long as you are in positive movement towards a goal. I would deeply be careful of any path that is warlike or would increase that heat, rage, violence or intensity. It will be necessary that the basis of your healing path be towards love, towards compassion, towards gentleness, towards beauty, towards kindness to yourself and all other beings. The intention here is KEY, and I think you already know this, so trust yourself. I think Dan Millman (Way of the Peaceful Warrior) would be an excellent teacher for you, so check him out online. You will also need at least one person in your life who can listen really well, and will tell you the truth when you least want to hear it, in order to be safe and well. If that cannot be a friend or a lover, try to find a therapist that can work in that role for you. Oftentimes, people who are like the picture you've painted of yourself have been IMMENSELY and intensely violated either in their early lives, or in their last incarnation. It is like a child who is screaming, and because the children are the most sensitive, and usually the first to know when life is "wrong" or out of balance, they are the beings we should (and must) listen to and believe first. What happens to those children, those wise beings who are not listened to, and not heeded??? They become adults in your situation. Again, a therapeutic setting is the best place to work this all out. Have you also considered anger management classes or a men's group? There is powerful amazing work being done in many such settings.Hello Gravity
Unfortunately all of actions that you have mentioned will not stop your emotions, nothing will do that as you are human & go with the territory!
Meditation etc will calm the mind, making thoughts & emotions more realisable, you will have more mastery over your reactions to what you feel.

Yoga Helping Autism Children
Article by Yoga Born
signs of growth are all around
I am thrilled to grow the PBI Learning Center's Yoga Therapy Program and "in home" Programs. As a Certified Yoga Teacher I look forward to helping create the best experience possible for the children in the Autism Spectrum.
I love being outdoors to see the signs of growth! As seeds make breakthroughs from their hard shell exterior. We see signs of this growth as they climb through the earth to blossom and fruit. Reminding us of the breakthroughs in our lives. When we stick to our vision with tenacity and resilience we grow and achieve.
Yoga Primer... Yoga is a scientific system of physical and mental practice that originated in India more the 3,000 years ago. Its purpose is to help each one of us achieve our highest potential and to experience enduring health and happiness. With yoga, we can extend our healthy productive years far beyond the accepted norm and at the same time, improve the quality of our lives.
The branch of yoga that forms the main focus of my teaching work with both adults and children is called Hatha Yoga. Hatha Yoga begins by working with the body on a structural level, helping to align the vertebrae, increase flexibility, and strengthen muscles and tendons. At the same time, internal organs are toned and rejuvenated; the epidermal, digestive, lymphatic, cardiovascular, and pulmonary systems are purified of toxins and waste matter; the nervous and endocrine systems are balance and toned; and the brain cells are nourished and stimulated, and a great sense of overall well-being.
Yoga Methods During the Yoga Classes for Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders in PBI Center and "in home" I'll focus on using the following Yoga Methods... (1) Asanas, or body postures; (2) pranayama, or breathing exercises; (3) music and sound therapy, and (4) deep relaxation.
Successful Family Living... I also encourage a least one parent to enroll in an adult yoga class. This helps to orient you with the experiences your child has and to provide you with an appreciation of the techniques and benefits of a yoga practice. Being consistent is much more effective in the long run rather than practicing yoga once in a while. I recommend that you allow your child at least one hour after eating before beginning a yoga session. If the child eats before the practice please make it a moderate portion. Loose-fitting clothes are recommended so movements are not restricted in any asanas or pranayama.
I look forward to teaching yoga methods to the children at PBI Learning Center and "in home" to boost their level of group participation and developing independence.
