How much weight can I lose if..?

How much weight can I lose if..?Idk maybe 30 lbs?5-10 lbs roughly...I only know approximates for the calories burned (around 300 for the yoga, 400-500 for the boot camp) and those calories would go towards weight loss as your bmr is about 1400. 3500cals=1 lbs so every 3500 calories you burn would be 1 lb of weight loss.

but check out www.sparkteens.com
when you sign up you can fill out your weight and then either how many lbs you want to lose a week (up to 2) and it'll tell you how long it'll take to get there along with how many calories you should be having and burning or you can fill in your current weight and how long you have and it'll tell you how much you can safely lose during that time.
