Will yoga help my arms and thighs to be more skinny and less bulky?

Will yoga help my arms and thighs to be more skinny and less bulky?No not likely but i mite be wrong but i found i needed to jog or run for thighs and do weights but you dont want muscle it seem's just dieting is the best thing to do to lose weight around body parts maybe just diet and do yoga that may workhey yoga is very good for stretching out muscles and elongating them, but if you're wanting to tone them up for a less bulky look it is a case of more cardio im afraid and continuing with the weights but taking the weight down and increasing on the reps and sets.
