Is it dangerous to do the cabbage soup diet and bikram yoga at the same time?Hi,

I can understand this very well - the cabbage soup diet helped me too to boost my motivation for a healthy nutrition and this might happen to you too after a successful weight loss of maybe 8 pounds.

There exist several cabbage soup diet plans. The newer ones even incorporate exercises. I think if you are feeling good it's even a good idea to do bikram yoga at the same time. But please make sure to drink enough! All the best.
