REI Balance Gym Bag Review

REI Balance Gym Bag Review

Just wanted to do a review on this great gym bag that I've been using for the past couple of months. It's a great combination of features, durability, price. If you participate in non-equipment intensive activities and need a gym bag then this might be a good buy for you. Features: * Large zippered opening gives you easy access to all your workout essentials; side panel can hold a 1-liter water bottle * Separate compartment for your shoes or dirty clothes keeps your clean clothes looking good; pleated vents help air things out * Slender bag design conveniently fits inside most lockers * Removable shower caddy organizes and transports your toiletries when you head to the shower * Hide-away straps secure a yoga mat to the front rather than the bottom so you can still set the bag down; tuck the straps away for a clean look * Front stash pocket keeps your keys and small items handy * Adjustable, padded shoulder strap provides comfortable over-the-shoulder carrying * Welded zippers with reflective trim add style and enhance nighttime visibility * 420-denier nylon is lightweight, durable and easy to care for * Average weight25 ounces * Approximate volume1,350 cubic inches * Dimensions17 x 12 x 6.5 inches * MaterialNylon * Number of pockets3 + main compartment * Retail: at REI

Should I workout at home or at the gym?go to the gym every other day for cardio, then stay at home to do weight training.Do cardio outside depending on where you live.okay you've got the gym equipment such as the weights and a few weight machines...now all you need is cardio. which will help you to reduce real quick and it'll be exciting too!
cardio and weight/ full body work out are REALLY related to each other.
doing weights only won't necessarily help in reduction but willl help in gaining mere muscles or for toning some parts of your body.
and doing cardio only won't be helpful either because you will definitely loose weight but then the result will be you having loose arms/legs/thighs etc etc without them being properly toned and well shaped. it'll look pretty weird right? so do the both of them =] it helps.
i've recently joined the gym too. and i think i understand why they make you do both the things.
you could do cardio alternate day with abs.
and on the other days, you could do full body workout with squats and the weighty machines.
since you have these weighty machines already..(atleast some) you could go for jogging or running or do some speedy walking. or simply join gym for cardio only.
