I am 62 and have just started to exercise, but when I try yoga with a DVD my limbs (arms & legs) shake badly?Stretch first, and then do the routine. Your muscles are just weak and not used to this regime. They will build strength and not shake anymore soon.You should first talk to your doctor or health care professional before starting any type of exercise regimen..

But, maybe SWIMMING would be a better alternative for you as exercise!

It will be easy on your limbs & a great form of working your body.

Good luck!Don't go quite so far into the poses...you are over-extending yourself a bit. Feel the stretch but not to the point of discomfort or where you shake or feel a loss of control. In time, you'll be able to hold the poses comfortably without shaking or pain.
