have you owned a yoga ball chair before? are they good?Haven't had a backache for over a year now! Very easy and comfortable..plus a hoot to watch the less-than-graceful co-worker attempt to sit in it...I don't understand why some people have trouble with it...very easy and natural. You can take the ball off to do some stretching and yoga moves. Comes with pump and exercise book. Sells for $ 20 less on Amazon than direct
